Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Narleex bot, website, and dashboard process, why, and for how long. The short version: we store configuration and aggregated activity counts, not your conversations.

1. Data we process

• Discord identifiers. Server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, and user IDs, as provided by Discord. These are numeric identifiers, not names or contact details.
• Server configuration. The settings server staff choose in the bot and dashboard, such as automod rules, welcome messages, and reward roles.
• Aggregated activity counts. Per member and per day: how many messages were sent, the time of the first and last counted message, and minutes spent in voice. Message content is inspected in the moment for moderation and counting rules, but conversations are not stored. The only content-derived value kept is a one-way hash of a member's most recent message, used to ignore repeated identical messages.
• Moderation records. Cases created by server moderators (action, target ID, moderator ID, reason), kept so staff can see a member's history.
• Purchase records. The external transaction identifier from our payment provider, the pack bought, the price, and the destination server. Payments are handled by our merchant of record; we never see or store card numbers.

2. What we do not do

• We do not store message content or build message archives.
• We do not sell or rent data to anyone.
• We do not track members across servers for advertising; cross-server signals are used only to prevent XP farming.

3. Retention

• Per-member daily activity counters: deleted after 90 days.
• Server join events: deleted after 30 days.
• Payment webhook payloads: emptied after 90 days; transaction identifiers are kept for accounting.
• Server-level daily aggregates, levels, purchases, and moderation cases: kept while the bot serves the server.

4. Where data lives

Data is stored with our database provider in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Payment data is handled by our merchant of record under its own privacy policy.

5. Your choices and rights

• Server staff can remove the bot at any time, which stops all collection for that server.
• You may request access to or deletion of data tied to your Discord ID through the support channels listed on this website. Moderation records may be retained where server staff have a legitimate interest in them.

6. Children

The Service is only for users who meet Discord's minimum age requirements in their country. We do not knowingly process data of users below those ages.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new date.
