Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Narleex Discord bot, this website, and the Narleex dashboard (together, the Service). By adding the bot to a Discord server or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Narleex is a Discord bot that provides moderation, leveling, engagement, and related community features. Your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which you must also comply with.

2. Server Levels and XP

Server Levels and Server XP are virtual values attached to a Discord server. They have no monetary value, are not property, cannot be transferred between servers, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for money. Levels and unlocked features are tied to the server, not to any person, and remain with the server if its ownership changes. Earned and purchased levels do not expire. We may adjust how XP accrues to protect the Service from abuse; unlocked levels are never reduced by such adjustments.

3. Purchases

XP packs are one-time purchases of Server XP at fixed prices listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment processing and applicable taxes. We never receive or store card details. XP is credited to the designated server shortly after payment and any tier thresholds it crosses unlock immediately and permanently.

Because purchased XP is credited and consumed immediately, purchases are generally not refundable once the XP has been applied, except where required by law or by the payment provider's policy. Where a refund or chargeback is issued, already-unlocked levels are not revoked, but we may decline future purchases from the payer. Nothing sold by the Service is a subscription and nothing recurs.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to inflate server activity artificially, including with bots, scripted accounts, or coordinated fake activity.
• Do not use the Service to violate Discord's terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may limit, suspend, or remove the Service from any server that violates these rules, and we apply automated anti-abuse rules to XP accrual as described on this site.

5. Availability and changes

The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and features may change as the product evolves. We will not remove a feature tier a server has already unlocked, except where a feature must change or be withdrawn for legal, safety, or platform-policy reasons.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content posted by Discord users.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 2, 3, 6, and 8 survive termination.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this website with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
